The Osceola City Hall houses the administrative offices of
the City and Osceola Municipal Light and Power. Offices included
are payroll, accounts receivable, customer service and general
Utility payments or applications for new services are accepted
in the lobby from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
A drive through is available for our customers convenience
from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Payments can also be dropped in
the afterhours drop box.
Customer service representatives can also answer utility
billing questions or questions related to any other City
Also located in City Hall are the Offices of the Public Works
Director, Human Resources Manager, Code Enforcement Officer
and Electrical Superintendent.
