Administration Division and Jail Division
Captain William Foster, Administration and Jail Commander
The Osceola Police Department administration and jail divisions are assigned to handle the day to day operations of the department and the jail operations. These divisions consist of 1 nurse and 14 civilian employees. The city jail is a modern 56-bed facility, which houses both male and female inmates sentenced by the Osceola District Court. We also have a Community Services Worker program supervised by Joyce Cannon.

Criminal Investigation Division
Captain Ollie Collins, CID Commander
The Osceola Police Department criminal investigation division consists of 4 criminal investigators and 2 drug investigators assigned to the 2nd judicial drug task force. The CID division has the task of investigating all crimes reported to the police department. It is our goal to follow every lead and investigate every case to the best of our ability.

Patrol Division
Captain Tom Scrivner, Patrol Division Commander
The Osceola Police Department patrol division consists of 1 school resource officer and 15 full time officers assigned to perform daily patrol duties. These duties include but not limited to, traffic enforcement, serving court issued papers, and general proactive law enforcement details. Our goal is to provide a safe community for all.
