Commercial Garbage Services The city also offers commercial garbage pick-up for local businesses. Each business has the option of bagged garbage pickup at a cost of $34.00 per month, which is picked up on the same days as residential garbage, depending on the business location. Or a business may request an 8 yard dumpster to be picked up as often as necessary, at a charge of $39.00 per dump. If a business requests an 8 yard dumpster, there must be adequate room for the dumpster as well as adequate room for maneuverability for the truck. The rates charged here in Osceola are lower than any commercial service in Northeast Arkansas and our services are offered Monday through Friday of each week, including holidays.
